For Casio watches we only sell genuine Casio straps and spare parts. The model number of your watch leads you quickly to the right part. Here you can read where to find this number, how to read it and what to look out for when you change or convert a strap.
Range
Genuine Casio accessories
We offer Casio straps made of plastic (resin), leather, textile, stainless steel and titanium, as well as hook-and-loop straps. You will also find small parts such as bezels or links. All straps are in our category Casio replacement straps.
Model number
Finding the right model
To find the right strap, the model number of your watch is what counts. It is on the back of the case and consists of letters and numbers separated by a hyphen. In the photo it is the G-9000MC. This applies to all series, whether G-Shock, Edifice, Pro Trek or Wave Ceptor.
The case back often also shows a four-digit number, sometimes in a small frame, here 3031. This is the module number. It refers to the movement and does not help you find a strap.

Searching the shop
- Enter the model numberType the number into the search field at the top of the shop. It is best to enter only the base, so WV-58 instead of WV-58E-1. This shows you all straps and parts for this model series.
- Check the materialThe title and description of the item tell you whether the strap is made of plastic (resin), leather, textile, stainless steel or titanium, and which buckle it has.
- Choose the colourIf there are several straps in the same material for your model, they usually only differ in colour.
What the additions mean: on many models, a letter after the model name shows the strap material, for example L for leather or T for titanium. The number at the end often stands for the colour of the strap or case, for example 1 for black and 2 for blue. WV-58E-1 is therefore the version with a black plastic strap. Do not rely on this blindly: the pattern does not apply to all models, and Casio can change it at any time. What counts is the information in the item.
If the strap for your model is no longer made, Casio offers the genuine strap of another model as a replacement for some models. These models are listed in the item description with the note “compatible with”. This way you can often still find a genuine strap for your watch years later.
Converting
Changing or converting a Casio strap
On many Casio models you can change the material, for example from a metal bracelet to a plastic strap or the other way round. If this is possible for your watch, it is usually stated in the description of the strap you want. There you will also find links to the small parts you need in addition. These are mostly spring bars, screws or tubes, and for metal bracelets often end pieces (cover end pieces) as well.
On some models you can also switch from plastic to textile. Many customers like to wear a comfortable hook-and-loop strap. Special adapters exist for this, for example the adapters for DW-5600 and similar models.
Why Casio straps are attached differently
Almost all Casio watches have a special fitting. At the watch end, the strap is shaped exactly to the case. That is why, as a rule, only the genuine strap fits, and it is not attached in the same way as a standard watch strap. The attachment also differs from model to model.
Spring bars
Many straps are held by spring bars, sometimes by special Casio spring bars for the model. A spring bar tool works well for removing them.
Screws
On other models the strap is screwed on, depending on the watch with normal screws or hexagon socket screws, sometimes with tubes. The tool depends on the model. You will find spare parts among our Casio screws.
End pieces
Metal bracelets and some plastic straps have end pieces (cover end pieces). For a conversion you often need them in addition. You will find them among our Casio accessories.
Tip: before you change the strap, look closely at how your old strap is attached, and only undo screws with the right tool. If you are unsure, a watchmaker can also fit the new strap.
Small parts
Spring bars, end pieces and screws
The small parts for a conversion are on the item page of the strap, in the “Accessories” section below the description. There you will also see the screws, spring bars, bezels, adapters and other genuine Casio parts for this model. If nothing is shown, the shop has no further matching part. This is the case, for example, when the spring bars already come with the strap.
Delivery
What comes with a Casio strap
If Casio supplies spring bars, screws or curved end pieces with a replacement strap, this is stated in the item description.
If spring bars are not included, you can usually reuse your old ones. You can also order our stainless steel spring bars at the same time.
Important: because of the special fitting, the width of the strap is not the same as the lug width of the watch. For spring bars, the lug width is what counts. Our guide how to measure the lug width and length shows how to measure it.
If the strap is screwed on, the matching screws are also in the “Accessories” section or linked in the item description. One click takes you to the item and you can add it to your basket. Our search also shows all parts for your model number. All spare parts are sold individually. You only really need them if you convert your watch or if a part is damaged.
Good to know
Good to know about replacement straps
For Casio we only sell genuine Casio straps. You will find all available straps and matching parts by entering your model number in the search.
A standard watch strap only fits if your watch has straight lugs. This is rare with Casio. If your watch has straight lugs, you will find a wide choice among our watch straps.
Watch brands and model names are protected by trade mark law. We only mention them so that you can clearly identify the genuine spare parts.
