Shipment

Everything you can order from us is in stock. Items that are temporarily unavailable cannot be ordered in the shop. Your order therefore always leaves complete, in a single shipment.

When is your order dispatched?

Orders received on a working day before 4 pm (Central European Time) are usually dispatched the same day. We cannot guarantee this. Delivery takes 3 to 8 working days, as shown on each product page. If you pay by bank transfer, this period starts when we receive your payment.

Delivery

Every order is sent as a tracked shipment. The countries we deliver to are shown when you select your country in the basket. If you would like to know the delivery time for your country, please contact us.

For Switzerland, Norway and other countries outside the European Union, customs clearance can delay delivery. Customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are paid by the recipient.
